Do you build apps, or only websites?
Both. The three plans on the prices page are just for websites. Anything else, like an app or a customer portal, gets its own price. Tell us about your project and we'll send you one.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. You can sign up online, send your content and approve your drafts all by email. If you'd rather talk it through, call or text (000) 000-0000 and we'll go through it with you. You can switch between the two any time.
You made me a demo. Do I have to buy anything?
No. Look at it as long as you like. If you want the full site, pick a plan and we'll finish it.
What do I need to send you?
Your logo, some photos, your services and prices, your hours, and a few sentences about the business. The sign-up form asks for all of it, and rough answers are fine. If we don't have your content within 30 days, we pause the project until you're ready.
Can I make changes to the site myself?
Not by logging in, no. On Care and Care Plus, you email us and we make the change. On Launch, you own the site files, so changes are $60 an hour with us, or any web developer you like can work on it.
Who owns the website?
On Launch, it's all yours after the final payment: the domain, the hosting account and the site files.
On Care and Care Plus, the domain is registered in your business's name from day one, and if you leave, it moves to you for free. The site files are yours free after 12 months. If you leave before that, you can buy them for $500. Either way you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
How do I pay?
By card, on Stripe's checkout page: half up front and the rest when the site goes live. The Care plans are billed monthly by Stripe, with a page where you can update your card or cancel. We never take card numbers over the phone.
Can I get my deposit back?
Yes, in full, until we send your first draft. After that, it isn't refundable.
Will you get me to the top of Google?
No one can promise that. We set up what Google needs and link your site to your Google listing. The rest comes from your reviews and time.
I already have a website, or a domain. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Tell us about it in the sign-up form, and we'll put your new site on the domain you already have.
Who will I actually be talking to?
One person looks after you from sign-up to launch and after, by email or on the phone, whichever you prefer. Anything you want to ask the developers goes through that same person.
Can I start on Launch and move to Care later?
Yes, just ask. If you find you'd rather email us than pay by the hour for changes, that's what Care is for.
