How it works

Plenty of businesses are still getting by with an old site or a pile of spreadsheets. Owners are busy, and most developers who call them start talking about frameworks and plugins.

We'd rather show you. Most of the time we start with a free demo. If you like it, you pick a plan and send us your logo and photos, and we finish it. You see every draft before anything goes live. And on Care, when something changes, you email us and it's updated within 2 business days.

Live about two weeks after we have everything from you

  1. Day 1

    You pick a plan, fill in the form (about 10 minutes) and pay the 50% deposit on Stripe's checkout page.

  2. Next business day

    A welcome email with your dates, and a short call if you'd like one.

  3. About a week

    Your first full draft, within 5 business days of getting your photos, logo and text. It comes as a private link you can open on your phone.

  4. Week two

    You send changes as one list per round. Each round comes back in 2 business days.

  5. Launch

    You say yes and pay the rest. It goes live on your web address within 1 business day, and monthly billing on Care and Care Plus starts that day.

What a round of changes looks like

A round is one list. Send everything you've got at once, by email or with the changes form, and you get a new preview link 2 business days later.

While we build, Launch and Care include 2 rounds and Care Plus includes 3. After launch, Care covers 5 small changes a month and Care Plus has no limit. Small means text, photos, prices, hours, or a new section on a page you already have.

Something that can't wait, like a sudden closure? On Care and Care Plus, send it before 2 pm on a business day and it goes up the same day.

That counts as one round. You'd get a new link 2 business days later.
