What we provide
- Websites, and apps when you need more
- Every site we make is built for phones first, since that's where most people will find you. When a website isn't enough, we build phone apps and online tools too, like a customer portal or a chat box that answers questions.
- Hosting, if you want it
- On Care and Care Plus, we host the site at your own web address and keep an eye on it, backups included. On Launch, we hand everything over and you host it yourself.
- Changes by email
- While we build, you get 2 rounds of changes (3 on Care Plus). After launch, Care covers 5 small changes a month and Care Plus has no limit. On either Care plan, something urgent sent before 2 pm on a business day goes up the same day.
- Online or on the phone, your choice
- You can sign up, send your photos and approve every draft without ever picking up the phone. If you'd rather talk, call or text and the same person looks after you from start to finish, passing anything technical to the developers. If we miss your call, we call back within one business day.

Live in about two weeks
Usually we make you a demo first, for free. If you like it, you pick a plan and send us your photos and prices, and we finish it. It's live about two weeks after we get them, and you see every draft on your phone first.
